Madson Meat Inc. was established in 1973. We are located in Miami, Florida. We process, package, and distribute roasting pigs as well as other meat products. We wholesale our product throughout the southeast and the Caribbean market.

Here in Miami, Florida we distribute our products to local purveyors, distributors, and restaurants.

Over the years we have developed a substantial walk-up clientele. The demand for whole roasting pigs is increasing as many spread the word of excellence! If you live in the area you are welcome to come in person and choose your pig to take home that same day. It takes about 15 minutes to process.
